• Teknor Apex has named William J. Murray as its new president, responsible for the U.S.-based company's worldwide compounding businesses. He has also been appointed president of Singapore-based Teknor Apex Asia Pacific. He succeeds Jonathan D. Fain, who remains CEO and becomes chairman of the board. Teknor Apex operates 12 manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
• SEA Wire and Cable, Inc., has promoted Chase Layton to operations manager, responsible for warehouse and daily operations for SEA, a U.S. stocking supplier of military/aerospace wire, cable and related harnessing products.
• Alberto Iperti has been appointed CEO of Italy's Tenova. He succeeds Gianluigi Nova, who will continue his collaboration with the company. Tenova is a global supplier of heat processing technology that includes annealing systems and furnaces.
