Q: Why does the web site seem slow?
A: We monitor the load on the server regularly to provide the best possible response time, however, there can be instances when network problems may interfere. Please remember that your computer is not directly hooked up to ours. The architecture of the Internet has you connected through many other computers before reaching our server, and slowdowns occur most often in these multiple connection routes.

Q: How long does it take to download a file from your site?
A: You can view the size of the file before you choose whether to download. Download time depends on the size of the file and the type of connection you have. If you have a network connection, you can expect these files (on average 1-3MB) to download in a matter of seconds. With a modem connection, it will obviously take longer.
