Further, total quality systems not only force increasing quality but also evidence. Online, pre- and post-production data analysis also becomes more and more important to improve the complete production process company-wide. The ability to link a line controlโs host computers and lace the control system into the companyโs information system offers a variety of additional benefits to the cable producers. This paper shows todayโs possibilities and new chances for the utilization and application of production equipment.
