Richard provides comprehensive training and process support to the cable industry with a specialized focus on core manufacturing operations including wire drawing, insulating, stranding, and jacketing. A Six Sigma Black Belt with a long track record of effective problem solving, Richard brings deep expertise in extrusion across all cable processes—from fiber-optic buffering and jacketing to copper data cable production spanning riser, plenum, telephone, large trunk cables, and categories Cat 3 through Cat 6 and 10G. His background also includes extensive experience with copper and aluminum utility cable manufacturing at LV, MV, and HV levels, including processes involving cross-linked materials. With combined R&D and hands-on production experience, Richard has successfully processed more than 50 different polymer types and grades across a wide range of applications.
