Pointing rollers

Dear all,
Can some body tell me about the pointing rollers. What is normal practice?. Can any one let me know wheather grooves should be concentric or eccentric. What are the advantages and diaadvantages of both types. I am trying to get the rollers made locally but failed. Where should I contact for pointing rollers only.

I also tried to make it locally but didn´t work , prices are from 2000 to 4000usd,
