Hello Loc,
I am guessing that you are the first to post from your country. Welcome.
Although my experience is in the non-ferrous side of the business, I note that phosphate coating has been around for a very long time.
If you go here:
www.wirenet.org/technical/abstract/abstract.cfm
Then type in phosphate in the "Description", "Contains" box and then "Submit the Query". You will get a list of 31 papers.
By clicking on the "detail" button for each paper you will bring up the abstract.
After reading these abstracts, you may wish to purchase the appropriate technical papers.
I have requested that that this thread be moved over to the Ferrous Section of the Forums.
Kindest regards,

Phosphate is used as an excelent carrier on steel wire dry drawing to carry the powder lubricants through the die . It also helps to retard rust.
