Aurora Material Solutions has expanded

Aurora Material Solutions, LLC (Aurora Material Solutions), a leading polymer compound manufacturer, has completed a major expansion at its Streetsboro, Ohio, facility. This milestone follows Auroraโ€™s March acquisition ofย EnCom Polymers, strengthening its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.

The Streetsboro plant expansion adds more than 140 million pounds of compounding capacity, bringing new jobs to the community and supporting Auroraโ€™s continued growth alongside its customer partners. As the companyโ€™s largest facility, it also houses Auroraโ€™s rigid PVC technical center.

โ€œOur goal is to be our customersโ€™ first choice for polymer solutions,โ€ saidย Darrell Hughes, CEO of Aurora Material Solutions. โ€œThis expansion empowers us to grow together with our customers while maintaining exceptional quality and industry-leading turnaround times.โ€

Earlier this year, Aurora introducedย AuroraEcoplastโ„ข, a line of recycled and sustainable material solutions. The company also achievedย +Vantage Vinyl Gold compliance, a sustainability certification from theย Vinyl Sustainability Council, verified byย GreenCircle Certifiedย auditors. This achievement underscores Auroraโ€™s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable innovation.

In March, Aurora changed its name from Aurora Plastics to Aurora Material Solutions, reflecting a broader mission to expand beyond traditional polymers and deliver advanced material technologies for evolving markets.

With its growing portfolio, expanded production capacity, and sustainability leadership, Aurora Material Solutions continues to set new standards in the polymer industry.
