The new production line uses the latestย automated CNC technologyย along with Mademโs proprietaryย inkjet printing system. These upgrades help the company increase efficiency, improve product consistency, and enhance branding on nailed wooden reels for cable producers.
With this added capacity,ย Madem-Moorecraftย can respond faster to customer demand and support larger, ongoing projects.
Increased Capacity and Market Reach
The investment is projected to increase annual sales capacity up toย 35 million dollarsย in nailed wooden reels. With this expanded capability, Madem-Moorecraft can potentially serveย more than 25 cable manufacturersย throughout the North American market.
The company aims to strengthen relationships with existing customers while also winning new business from regional and multinational cable producers.

The company plans to openย five additional distribution and assembly centersย in the U.S. and is already studying locations for aย second U.S. production plant.
