Elektrisola completed the Elektrisola Rea Magnet Wire acquisition, expanding its operations across the U.S. and Mexico. The deal includes five manufacturing plants in Indiana, Connecticut, Virginia, and Mexico, along with Rea’s leased corporate offices in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The company will continue operating under the respected Rea Magnet Wire brand and retain all current employees. Detlef Schildbach, Managing Owner of Elektrisola, said the acquisition supports the group’s steady growth. “Rea is a great addition to our North American operations and builds on the strength of the Elektrisola Group,” he explained.
