Elettrotek Kabel Acquires Italian Cable Manufacturer CCI Cable Service
Elettrotek Kabel SpA (EK Group) (official site) has acquired Controlcavi Industria Srl, an Italian manufacturer known for fire-resistant electrical cables used in marine, onshore, and offshore petrochemical applications. The deal also includes the trading company that owned it, now rebranded as CCI Cable Service.
