In Phase 1, Encore Wire will build aย 720,000-square-foot facilityย on the north end of its existing campus atย 1329 Millwood Road, McKinney, Texas. The new facility will serve as a modern service center, improving logistics and increasing throughput.
This phase will help Encore Wire capture additional sales volume, support higher service levels, and maintain its reputation forย industry-leading customer service and order fill rates. The company expects construction on Phase 1 to finish in theย second quarter of 2021.
Phase 2: Expanded Manufacturing Capacity
Shortly after Phase 1,ย Phase 2ย will focus on repurposing Encore Wireโs existing distribution center. The company will convert and expand this space to significantlyย increase manufacturing capacityย and further extend itsย market reach.
Encore Wire anticipates completing Phase 2 inย 2022, positioning the company to meet growing demand across residential, commercial, and industrial building wire markets.
