Gulf Cable and Riyadh Cables Launch High-Voltage Cable Plant in Kuwait
The Kuwait high-voltage cable factory partnership between Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries Company of Kuwait and Riyadh Cables Group Company of Saudi Arabia will deliver a new manufacturing plant dedicated to high‑voltage cables. This project supports national infrastructure growth and also aligns with Kuwait’s long‑term development goals.
Kuwait High-Voltage Cable Factory and “New Kuwait 2035”
The partners describe the Kuwait high-voltage cable factory as the first of its kind in the country. They expect it to play a key role in supporting infrastructure and future construction, especially for the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy and the Housing Care Authority. In addition, the plant will back projects developed through public–private partnerships under the Kuwait 2035 “New Kuwait” vision.
