Breyden Products Joins Auxo’s Expanding Industrial Portfolio
Auxo Investment Partners has acquired Indiana-based Breyden Products, Inc., marking its second wire and cable supplier investment this year. This acquisition further expands Auxo’s footprint in the industrial, aerospace, and electrical markets.
Breyden Products, headquartered in Columbia City, Indiana, manufactures military-spec braided lacing tapes, cords, twines, and sleeving. These products protect and secure electrical components used in electric motors, defense systems, and aerospace applications. Following the acquisition, Breyden will operate under Precision Products Group (PPG), which also owns Paramount Tube of Fort Wayne — a company Auxo purchased in 2020.
Strengthening Precision Products Group’s Capabilities
“The Breyden team is excited to join Auxo, PPG, and their portfolio of top-tier manufacturers,” said Mike Zuber, Vice President of Sales at Breyden Products. “Through this partnership, we can grow and diversify PPG’s presence in aerospace, defense, and electrical markets.”
This move helps Precision Products Group expand its reach and product range. The combination of Breyden’s specialty materials and Paramount Tube’s existing operations gives Auxo stronger market share in the electric motor industry. Together, they form a more diverse and innovative manufacturing platform.
Auxo Builds Momentum Across the U.S.
Earlier in 2026, Auxo Investment Partners acquired Golden State Assembly (GSA), a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturer based in Fremont, California. Founders Cesar and Yesenia Madrueno will keep ownership stakes and continue managing the operation.
With Breyden, PPG, and GSA now under one umbrella, Auxo continues to increase its nationwide manufacturing capabilities. Moreover, this alignment encourages collaboration, efficiency, and new opportunities across each business unit.
Driving Long-Term Industrial Growth
The addition of Breyden Products supports Auxo’s broader mission — to build a network of niche, high-performing manufacturers focused on quality and innovation. Each acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to deliver advanced, precise components to defense, electrical, and aerospace customers.
As a result, Auxo Investment Partners continues shaping the future of American manufacturing through strategic growth, trusted partnerships, and sustainable progress.
