Leoni Sells Industrial Solutions Business to BizLink
Leoni AG has completed the Leoni Industrial Solutions sale to BizLink as it sharpens its focus on the Wiring Systems Division for the automotive industry. This move supports Leoniโs VALUE 21 plan and also strengthens its position as a core wiring systems supplier.
Strategic Shift Toward Wiring Systems
Leoni transferred its Business Group Industrial Solutions, part of the Wire & Cable Solutions (WCS) division, to BizLink. This sale marks a key milestone in the VALUE 21 performance and strategy program. The plan aims to streamline operations and, in turn, improve profitability.
CEO Aldo Kamper said the step confirms Leoniโs commitment to its Wiring Systems Division and its focus on the automotive sector. In addition, Leoni recently sold Leoni Schweiz AG and the data communication and compound divisions of Leoni Kerpen GmbH. As a result, the group now aligns more closely with its core strategy.
