About the WCMA Distinguished Career Award

The WCMA Distinguished Career Award honors wire and cable professionals who serve the industry for at least 25 years and demonstrate outstanding professional excellence and exceptional personal character. The award originally carried the name of the late Charles D. Scott (1915โ€“1983), founder and president of Northeast Wire Co.

Over time, the program has evolved into a premier recognition for individuals who help drive innovation, quality, and leadership in the wire and cable sector.
