Messe Düsseldorf, one of the world’s leading trade fair organizers, is expanding its footprint in the wire and cable market. The company announced two new regional events — wire Middle East Africa and Tube Middle East Africa. Both additions strengthen its growing portfolio of international industry trade shows.

The debut editions, wire Egypt and Tube Egypt, will take place from September 2–4 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo. They will run alongside GIFA Middle East Africa and METEC Middle East Africa, bringing together the wire, tube, and metal sectors under one dynamic platform.

The events will be hosted within the METAL & STEEL exhibition, organized by AGEX (Arabian German Exhibitions & Publishing Ltd). Since 2010, METAL & STEEL has showcased new technologies, advanced machinery, and top products from the global steel and metal industries.

AGEX, based in Egypt and active since 2004, brings extensive experience in industrial fairs across the region. This new partnership blends Messe Düsseldorf’s global experience with AGEX’s local expertise. Together, they aim to deliver stronger connections, better access to regional markets, and more value for exhibitors and visitors alike.
