The project strengthens production capacity and supports increasing demand forย custom cableย andย tubing solutionsย across advanced industries.
On September 22, 2025, the company held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the expansion. The new 38,000-square-foot addition, located on the plantโs eastern side, measures 78 feet wide and 487 feet long. It now houses machining and fabrication shops, specialty braiding, and an expanded silicone rubber extrusion line.
The additional space also provides room for continued growth, ensuring the Lisbon facility can meet rising production needs in the years ahead.
By moving all machining and fabrication operations under one roof,ย New England Wireย improved workflow and freed nearlyย 6,000 square feetย in the original building. That space now supportsย New England Tubing Technologies, which plans to expand capacity and add new capabilities. The reorganization strengthens synergy between both divisions and enhances operational efficiency.
