Sequel Wire and Cable to Launch Indiana Manufacturing Facility

Investors behind Sequel Wire and Cable LLC plan to launch a new insulated wire and cable manufacturing facility in Marshall County, Indiana. This expansion supports continued growth in the U.S. wire and cable industry and strengthens regional economic development.

New Argos Facility to Drive Growth

The company will begin operations at the 50,000-square-foot Argos Manufacturing Center in Argos, Indiana, with production expected to start early next year, according to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

Expansion Plans and Job Creation

Co-founder James Merritt confirmed plans to expand the facility to three times its current size, supported by an estimated $54 million investment. The company will implement advanced manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

The project will create up to 120 jobs by the end of 2024, starting with 26 employees and increasing hiring as expansion progresses.
