Fisk Alloy Ends Acquisition Plans With Thermo Technologies

Fisk Alloy has confirmed that the Fisk Alloy acquisition cancelled earlier this year will not move forward with Thermo Technologies, citing continued uncertainty caused by COVID-19.

Fisk Alloy Acquisition Cancelled Due to Market Conditions

Fisk Alloy and Thermo Technologies initially agreed to the acquisition, subject to due diligence and standard closing requirements. After reviewing global market conditions, both companies decided to end the agreement.

CEO Erik Fisk stated that current economic challenges influenced the decision, and both parties reached a mutual agreement.

Company Continues Independent Operations

Fisk Alloy will continue independent operations from its headquarters in Hawthorne, New Jersey. The company remains focused on delivering reliable solutions and maintaining the high-quality standards it has upheld for more than 46 years.
