Auxo Investment Partners Acquires TACK Electronics and Morgan Royce Industries
Auxo Investment Partners (official site) expanded its wire and cable platform with the acquisition of TACK Electronics and Morgan Royce Industries (MRI). The U.S.-based investment firm did not disclose the purchase price, but both companies will further strengthen Auxo’s portfolio of specialized wire harness and cable assembly providers.
Expanding Auxo’s Wire and Cable Manufacturing Platform
Together, the two companies produce custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and box builds for several high-performance industries. Their customers span sectors such as semiconductors, aerospace and defense, gaming, medical, transportation, and energy equipment.
These new additions follow Auxo’s earlier purchase of Golden State Assembly, another wire and harness manufacturer. With this move, Auxo continues to expand its nationwide presence in the electrical connectivity and contract manufacturing market.

Morgan Royce Industries Adds West Coast Expertise

Strengthening a Growing North American Network
Golden State Assembly, another key brand in Auxo’s platform, supplies wire harnesses and assemblies for industries such as automotive, solar, power, medical, semiconductor, and agriculture equipment. With TACK and MRI’s addition, the expanded group enhances Auxo’s ability to deliver customized solutions across multiple high-tech markets.
