Rosendahl Nextrom completes extension of the companyโ€™s site in Pischelsdorf, Austria

Rosendahl Nextrom Facility Expansion Enhances Efficiency

Rosendahl Nextromย has completed theย Rosendahl Nextrom facility expansionย at its site inย Pischelsdorf, Austria, adding about 3,000 square meters of new space across two levels. The project strengthens production efficiency, expands operational capacity, and supports the companyโ€™s longโ€‘term growth in industrial cable and manufacturing solutions.

The expansion adds new areas forย mechanical assembly,ย steel construction, andย warehouse operations. A partially built basement increases vertical storage to roughly 16 meters, allowing smoother workflows and improved order processing.

Automation Accelerates Productivity

The company focused on optimizing its production systems to make daily work faster and more precise. Automated parallel vertical storage systems now streamline order handling, improving speed and reliability. Additional process automation also enhances product consistency and overall productivity.

Innovative, Sustainable Building Design

Rosendahl Nextrom designed the upgraded facility to remain flexible and futureโ€‘ready. The structureโ€™s layout supports expansion opportunities and evolving technologies. Moreover, the design incorporates highโ€‘efficiency building physics to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

This approach ensures the new hall remains both sustainable and costโ€‘effectiveโ€”combining innovation, functionality, and longโ€‘term performance.
