The Times Microwave Systems Mesa expansion marks a major investment in U.S. manufacturing growth. Times Microwave Systems (TMS) has relocated to a new 62,000-square-foot facility in Mesa, Arizona, strengthening its ability to serve customers across the western United States.
Mesa Facility Growth and Hiring
The new facility increases production capacity and improves operational efficiency. Production is already underway with 65 employees, and the company plans to hire an additional 95 workers over the next few years.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Expansion Strategy
General Manager Bill Callahan highlighted the importance of the new facility. The site strengthens TMS’s presence in the western U.S. and complements operations in Connecticut and Florida.
The expansion establishes a manufacturing center of excellence, increases capacity, and adds new capabilities. It also helps reduce operational risk by supporting consistent production across multiple locations.
Company leaders and local officials celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Mesa.
