Turkish event reported success with Messe participation

Wire and Tube Eurasia 2023 Success in Istanbul Strengthens Regional Industry Network

The wire and Tube Eurasia 2023 success in Istanbul marked a major milestone for the wire, cable, tube, and pipe industries. Organized by Messe Düsseldorf in partnership with Tüyap, the event took place alongside Wire TECH Istanbul and Tube & Steel Istanbul. Together, these trade fairs created one of the strongest industry platforms in the region for showcasing innovation and driving collaboration.

Strong Attendance and Industry Enthusiasm

The four events occupied more than 8,000 square meters of exhibit space and featured 210 exhibitors. Over 10,000 visitors from Turkey and neighboring countries attended the fairs at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul.

Attendees explored the latest products, technologies, and trends across manufacturing, materials, and industrial equipment.

“Messe Düsseldorf’s collaboration with Tüyap made this premiere a success,” said Bernd JablonowskiExecutive Director of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. “The positive energy from exhibitors and visitors shows that Turkey serves as a central hub for the wire and tube sectors.”

A Compact Industry Platform for Eurasia

In just five months, both Messe Düsseldorf and Tüyap developed a well‑organized trade fair that reflected the strength and creativity of the industry. The event reinforced Istanbul’s strategic role connecting European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets.

The synergy between Turkish and international exhibitors provided valuable export opportunities and underscored the potential for long‑term regional growth.

Wire and Tube Eurasia 2023 Success in Istanbul Leads to Future Expansion

Due to the strong turnout, wire and Tube Eurasia will become independent biennial events beginning in 2025 at the Istanbul venue. Turkey’s strategic location allows short trade routes to Asia and nearby regions, making it an ideal base for international networking.

The global network of Messe Düsseldorf’s “wire, Tube & Flow Technologies” portfolio continues to expand with upcoming satellite events in EgyptChina, and Thailand later this year.
