Improvement in surface gloss of Ni-plated steel wire

$15.00

Ni-plated steel wire used for springs has good corrosion resistance and has been much in demand as an alternative for stainless steel wire in less-restricted corrosive environments. The authors have conducted basic research into differences in processing conditions at the final pass using emulsion type lubricant oil. This paper also considers customersโ€™ requirements for not only lubricating ability, but also surface gloss.
