All sales of WAI storefront products and services are final, unless a shipped product needs to be exchanged due to an error in shipping. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased from WAI, except as required by applicable law.

2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Downloadable products (e.g., e-books, technical papers, reports)
• Online courses and webinars
• Digital subscriptions
• Membership fees

3. Services
All sales of services are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Consulting services
• Digital content creation
• Virtual events and workshops
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Cancellations
Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking
WAI will supply a tracking number(s) for your order placed in our storefront. This tracking number can be found online on your account page.

6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to ensure you can access and use the product as intended.
