The Wire Association International (WAI) officially launched Interwire 2025 booth space allocation during its annual Points Meeting on April 4. This process marks a key milestone in preparing for Interwire 2025, which will take place May 13–15, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Interwire 2025 Booth Space Allocation Drives Exhibit Planning
The Interwire 2025 booth space allocation process determines exhibitor placement using a formula based on years of participation and booth size. This structured approach ensures fair and strategic positioning across the show floor.
A total of 118 companies joined the virtual meeting, hosted from WAI’s headquarters in Madison, Connecticut. By the end of the session, exhibitors had secured 64,000 square feet of exhibit space, highlighting strong industry demand.

Strong Exhibitor Retention Signals Industry Support
Interwire continues to attract long-term participation. Of the 118 exhibitors, 110 companies previously exhibited, with many supporting the event since its launch in 1981.
This strong retention rate highlights Interwire’s value as a leading wire and cable industry trade show.
Looking Ahead to Interwire 2025
WAI will continue to build on this momentum as planning progresses. The organization will finalize logistics, expand exhibitor engagement, and prepare for a successful event in Atlanta.
