Ducab Metals Business (DMB), part of theย Ducab Group, plans to significantly increase its annual production ofย aluminumย andย bare copper productsย to keep pace with fast-growing global demand for UAE-manufactured metals. The expansion directly supports the countryโs industrial and export ambitions.
DMB recently added 51,015 sq m to its existing manufacturing complex in KEZAD (Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi). With this added space, the company aims to boost its aluminum production capacity from 55,000 metric tons to 110,000 metric tons per year. It also plans to expand bare copper product capacity as part of a broader strategy to elevate the โMade in the Emiratesโ brand and enhance global competitiveness.
The company unveiled these growth plans at theย Ducab Metals Business Expansion Forum, an event it hosted in partnership withย Middle East Economic Digest (MEED). During the forum, DMB also showcased its latest progress in developingย green aluminumย solutions that align with international sustainability standards.
