This investment addsย 20,000 square feetย and supports the companyโ€™s focus on advanced materials forย medical device manufacturing. It also strengthens the companyโ€™s global footprint and production capabilities.

Fort Wayne Metals first opened its Castlebar facility in 2002. Today, the site employsย 95 peopleย and supplies products to customers acrossย Ireland, Europe, and Asia.

The company continues to expand itsย product diversification strategy. In particular, it focuses onย specialty alloys, includingย nitinol (nickel-titanium), which plays a critical role in modern medical devices.
