New England Wire celebrates expansion

New England Wire has completed a nearly 38,000-square-foot expansion on the eastern side of its Lisbon, New Hampshire, plant, consolidating machining and fabrication shops and adding specialty braiding and expanded silicone rubber extrusion space while unlocking about 6,000 square feet for future growth in its New England Tubing Technologies division.

The New England Wire Lisbon New Hampshire Plant Expansion marks a major milestone for New England Wire Technologies as the company continues to grow its U.S. manufacturing presence. The project strengthens production capacity and supports increasing demand for custom cable and tubing solutions across advanced industries.

On September 22, 2025, the company held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the expansion. The new 38,000-square-foot addition, located on the plant’s eastern side, measures 78 feet wide and 487 feet long. It now houses machining and fabrication shopsspecialty braiding, and an expanded silicone rubber extrusion line.

The additional space also provides room for continued growth, ensuring the Lisbon facility can meet rising production needs in the years ahead.

By moving all machining and fabrication operations under one roof, New England Wire improved workflow and freed nearly 6,000 square feet in the original building. That space now supports New England Tubing Technologies, which plans to expand capacity and add new capabilities. The reorganization strengthens synergy between both divisions and enhances operational efficiency.

Over the past decade, New England Wire Technologies has consistently invested in its Lisbon facility. Each project has helped the company meet growing customer needs in the medicalindustrial, and telecommunications markets.

This latest expansion further underscores the company’s dedication to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth in American manufacturing.
