Ohio company plans to expand its operations in Dayton, add 79 jobs

MAC ITS Expands Dayton Headquarters and Manufacturing Operations

MAC ITS LLC, formerly Manufactured Assemblies Corporation (MAC), plans to expand its Dayton, Ohio headquarters to support continued growth in cable assemblies and wire harness manufacturing. The expansion reflects increasing demand for its contract manufacturing services.

MAC ITS Dayton Expansion Plan

The MAC ITS Dayton expansion will create up to 79 new jobs and strengthen the company’s footprint in the region. According to reports, the project has secured a tax incentive valued at approximately $200,000.

The company plans to consolidate several out-of-state operations into Ohio, positioning its Vandalia facility as a central hub. State support has played a key role in advancing the project, with Ohio competing against Georgia and Indiana for the investment.

Growth in Contract Manufacturing Capabilities

MAC ITS has steadily expanded its capabilities beyond its core offerings. While the company continues to produce custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses, it now also delivers:

  • Kiosks for OEMs
  • Box builds and panel boards
  • Digital signage solutions
  • Custom electronic assemblies

As a result, MAC ITS has built a strong reputation as a leader in contract manufacturing solutions.

Continued Investment in the Dayton Region

The company has consistently invested in its Ohio operations. In 2014, MAC ITS completed a $1 million expansion project at its Vandalia headquarters, adding 35 new jobs at the time.

Today, the planned expansion marks another step in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Supporting OEMs with Scalable Solutions

MAC ITS continues to evolve with changing technologies and customer demands. The company provides flexible outsourcing solutions for both large and small OEMs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

By expanding its Dayton facility, MAC ITS aims to improve production capacity and deliver advanced manufacturing solutions that meet modern industry needs.
