OmniCable HWCC Acquisition Creates a Stronger National Network

OmniCableย has agreed to acquireย Houston Wire & Cable Co.ย (HWCC) in a $91 million deal. The OmniCable HWCC acquisition brings together two industry leaders with complementary strengths in wire, cable, and fastener distribution.
