wire Southeast Asia 2021 date changed

wire Southeast Asia 2022 New Dates Confirmed for Bangkok

Organizers scheduledย wire Southeast Asia 2022 New Datesย forย February 9โ€“11, 2022ย at theย Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC)ย inย Bangkok, Thailand. The co-locatedย Tube Southeast Asiaย will run on the same days. Visitors can therefore see wire and tube technology in one efficient trip.

Why the Dates Moved to February 2022

The fairs were originally set forย September 22โ€“24, 2021. Organizers shifted them to February to encourage stronger international turnout. In earlier editions, more thanย 90% of exhibitorsย came from outside Thailand. These firms represented countries such asย Austria, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Japan, and Korea.

Many nations still faced travel limits in late 2021. Because of that, the September schedule no longer fit global conditions. Earlyย 2022ย should benefit from broader vaccination progress and easier crossโ€‘border travel. Organizers therefore expect a safer, more positive business climate and better chances for faceโ€‘toโ€‘face meetings.

Long-Running Shows With Global Reach

wire Southeast Asiaย andย Tube Southeast Asiaย first launched inย 1997. Since then, they have become key regional events for theย wire, cable, tube, and pipeย industries. At theย 2019ย staging, exhibitors fromย 29 countriesย participated. That figure highlights the showsโ€™ strong international appeal.

Visitor numbers show similar diversity. Aroundย 45% of trade visitorsย in 2019 traveled from outside Thailand. They included manufacturers, distributors, technology suppliers, and service firms from across Southeast Asia and beyond. With the updated schedule, theย wire Southeast Asia 2022 New Datesย aim to maintainโ€”and ideally expandโ€”this global mix.
