The WAI Midwest Chapter golf tournament returned on June 1, 2022. It brought together 68 golfers at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club in West Chicago, Illinois. As a result, the event delivered a strong mix of competition and networking.

Event organizer Kevin Sopczak of Liberty Steel shared positive feedback. After a two-year pause, the tournament ran smoothly. In addition, players enjoyed ideal weather conditions throughout the day.

The Lake Cable team—Jack Rosenthal, Justin Albright, Dan Pelzel, and Fabian Arias—earned the top score of 64. Consequently, they secured overall bragging rights.
