Expanded Interwire 2023 show floor is full, has 200+ exhibiting companies

With Interwire 2023 just six months away, organizers have expanded the exhibit space at the Georgia World Congress Center to 82,000 square feet, adding 2,000 square feet to accommodate growing demand.

Strong Exhibitor Growth

More than 200 exhibiting companies have already secured space on the show floor. According to WAI Sales Director Shannon Timme, the team expects to release a modest floor plan extension in early November as interest continues to rise.

The wire and cable industry remains highly active, and WAI continues to support companies as they navigate ongoing operational demands.

Industry Changes Impact Communication

Recent personnel changes, including role transitions and retirements, have affected communication across the industry. These shifts have delayed responses from some companies that have not yet renewed their exhibit space for Interwire 2023.

Interwire’s Proven Industry Reach

The previous Interwire event at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta attracted 3,514 industry professionals from 39 states and 47 countries. More than 400 manufacturing facilities sent representatives, reinforcing the event’s global reach.

WAI also hosted its Fundamentals of Wire Manufacturing course, which drew a record 161 attendees, highlighting strong demand for industry education.
