Interwire 2025 Points Meeting date set for March 21

The Wire Association International (WAI) has scheduled the Interwire 2025 Points Meeting for March 21. This key event allows exhibitors to secure booth space early and signals strong industry demand for Interwire 2025.

Interwire 2025 Points Meeting Details

The Interwire 2025 Points Meeting plays a critical role in booth selection. Exhibitors with accumulated participation points receive priority when choosing their space. As a result, companies can secure premium locations on the show floor.

WAI staff will assign booths based on these selections. After the meeting, additional exhibitors can reserve space through the official event website or by contacting WAI directly.

Strong Exhibitor Demand Continues

Recent Interwire events demonstrate steady growth and strong exhibitor interest. For example, Interwire 2023 featured 335 exhibiting companies across 80 product categories.

In addition, the 2023 Points Meeting resulted in 133 booths reserved, covering approximately 65,000 square feet of exhibit space. Similarly, the Interwire 2021 Points Meeting secured 63,650 square feet with 140 exhibitors.

Early Interest Signals Growth

According to WAI Sales Director Shannon Timme, exhibitor demand for Interwire 2025 continues to build. Many companies expressed interest well before the 2023 event concluded.

“Interest has remained strong,” Timme said. “In fact, many exhibitors at the sold-out 2023 event wanted to secure space for 2025 immediately. Since then, we have received continuous inquiries.”

Secure Your Exhibit Space

Companies that do not participate in the Points Meeting can still apply for booth space after March 21. However, early participation increases the chances of securing preferred locations.
