New Agadir Plant Creates 3,000 Jobs

Leoni recently signed major investment agreements with representatives of theย Moroccan government. As part of this collaboration, the company will build a newย wiring systems plant in Agadirโ€™s Industrial Acceleration Zone. The plant will focus on wiring systems forย commercial vehicles.

This new facility will create aroundย 3,000 jobsย in engineering, production, and administrative roles. The Moroccan Head of Government,ย Aziz Akhannouch, presided over the signing ceremony, which marked an important milestone for Moroccoโ€™s industrial development.

Expanding Operations Across Morocco

In addition to the new Agadir plant,ย Leoniย plans to expand itsย nine existing plantsย located in theย Casablancaโ€‘Settat region. Together, these projects will generateย over 7,000 new jobsย byย 2027.
