MFG Partners has completed the sale of AZ Wire & Cable, a master distributor serving industrial, commercial, and specialty wire and cable markets, to LindFast Solutions Group (LSG). LindFast operates as a portfolio company of Nautic Partners.

Founded in 1988, AZ Wire & Cable provides a wide range of value-added services that support OEMs, contractors, and industrial customers. Growth under MFG Partners ownership
MFG Partners acquired AZ Wire & Cable in 2022 and worked closely with the company’s management team to accelerate growth. During that period, AZ expanded its geographic reach with new locations in California and Florida, completed strategic acquisitions to broaden its product and service portfolio, and increased inventory levels to better support customer demand.

LindFast expands beyond fasteners into wire and cable
For LindFast Solutions Group, the acquisition adds wire and cable distribution capabilities to a platform best known for standard and specialty fasteners, including metric, imperial, stainless, and exotic materials. LindFast also supplies tapes and specialty manufacturing products, supported by services such as break-bulk distribution, packaging, kitting, plating, coating, military program support, and guaranteed stock and virtual warehouse inventory management.
