Nexans Syntagma Capital Telecom Sale Aligns With Long-Term Strategy
According to Nexans, this planned transaction marks its full exit from the telecom and data segment. The company continues to redirect resources toward the rapidly expanding electrification sector, which remains central to its global growth strategy.

The transaction will include eight international sites across France, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Morocco, China, and Singapore. This strategic clarity continues to improve Nexans’ market position and long-term profitability.
