NKT (visit NKT) completed the NKT Ventcroft acquisition to strengthen its position in the European power cable market. The agreement adds Ventcroft’s proven fire‑resistant cable technology and, as a result, supports NKT’s strategy to deliver safer, higher‑value cabling solutions across Europe.
