The first of the two laboratory lines focuses onย loose tube production. Designed for improvedย fiber optic cable manufacturing, the line incorporates advanced features that boost quality and productivity while reducing scrap.
Compact and efficient, it achieves speeds of up toย 1,200โฏm/min. Visitors to the Austrian facility can now see the lineโs performance in action, including anย enhanced fiber cutter,ย optimized jellyโfilling, and aย highโspeed cable drying system. These new capabilities help Rosendahl Nextrom push the boundaries of fiber production precision.
The second new system is aย highโspeed insulation line dedicated to Cat.โฏ8 LAN cables. This line includes aย robust fourโextruder groupย equipped withย highโprecision gas dosing technology. It also features aย specialized cooling zoneย and anย automatic takeโup stationย capable of reachingย 2,500โฏm/min.
