Booth Selection and Event Details

WAI will host Wire Expo 2026 on May 6–7, 2026, at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Visit the venue at https://www.bairdcenter.com/.

The Points Meeting plays a key role in the selection process. Companies choose exhibit space based on a points system that rewards long-time participation and consistent support.

Strategic Location and Industry Growth

According to WAI Director of Sales Shannon Timme, Milwaukee offers a strong strategic advantage. The city sits in the heart of the Midwest industrial corridor, making it accessible for manufacturers and suppliers.

In addition, attendees can explore downtown Milwaukee and experience the region’s hospitality. The event will also co-locate with EWPTE, which is expected to increase attendance and exhibitor engagement.

Strong Participation Trends

WAI continues to see strong demand for exhibit space. At the October 11, 2023 Points Meeting for Wire Expo 2024, 91 companies participated and secured 102 booth spaces.

That event took place on June 11–12, 2024, at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut (https://mohegansun.com/). The initial meeting accounted for over 60% of available floor space.

Within two months, exhibitors reserved nearly 70% of total booth space, demonstrating continued industry interest and early commitment.
