Rolling Mill

Equipment in which metal stock is rolled into different shapes and sizes by the action of rolls exerting force on the stock as the material passes between rotating rolls mounted in a framework comprising a basic unit called a stand. Cylindrical rolls produce flat shapes, grooved rolls produce round, square and structural shapes.
