Rotary Braiders

High-speed braiders that produce a tubular braid either over a core material or over a solid cord product. There are two sets of carriers rotating in a circular pass and in opposite directions. The braid strands from the lower carriers are guided over and under the upper carriers. This deflection from a straight path as the strands leave the final let-off guide to the braid points is done by a combination of deflector plates, upper carrier shape, rocker arms or fixed guides.
