Wire Expo 2026 booth sales started strong during the October 2 Points Meeting at The Wire Association International (WAI) (https://wirenet.org) headquarters in Madison, Connecticut. Exhibitors quickly secured space for the May 6–7 event at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Strong Early Exhibitor Commitment
WAI staff, along with Mike Mathiasen of Mathiasen Machinery (https://www.mathiasen-machinery.com), managed the booth selection process throughout the day. The team assigned exhibit space based on prior participation and exhibitor history.
According to WAI Sales Director Shannon Timme, 91 companies reserved 111 of the 179 available booth units. In addition, organizers may convert remaining space into up to 12 additional booths, depending on demand.
Remaining Booth Availability
At this stage, WAI will assign all remaining exhibit space on a first-come, first-served basis. As interest continues to grow, companies should act quickly to secure a presence at the event.
The strong demand reflects increased excitement around Wire Expo 2026, especially since the show will again run alongside the Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE) (https://www.electricalwireshow.com). The two events last shared the same venue in 2010, and the 2026 return creates new opportunities for industry collaboration and visibility.
