With six months remaining, the Wire Association International (WAI) (https://wirenet.org) continues to refine Wire Expo 2026 Milwaukee to meet strong industry expectations. The event will take place May 6–7 at the Baird Center and will deliver a highly connected experience for attendees and exhibitors.
Co-Located Event with EWPTE
Wire Expo 2026 Milwaukee will run alongside the Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE) (https://www.electricalwireshow.com). This co-location creates a unified environment for professionals across wire, cable, and wire harness industries.
The two events last shared a venue in 2010. Now, they return together at a time of industry growth and rapid technological advancement. As a result, attendees can explore new solutions, discover innovations, and build valuable connections.
EWPTE typically attracts nearly 200 exhibitors and more than 3,000 attendees from over 40 states and 25 countries. The event also reflects the work of the Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association (WHMA) (https://www.whma.org), which represents the wire harness manufacturing sector.
Conference Program and Education Updates
Wire Expo 2026 Milwaukee will feature a redesigned conference format. Sessions will run for 20 minutes, allowing attendees to explore more topics in less time.
WAI continues to develop the education program, with speaker announcements and agenda updates coming soon. In addition, the organization will release details on registration, housing, and attendee matchmaking through https://wirenet.org and future Wire Journal International publications.
The event will also include the Fundamentals of Wire Manufacturing Course on May 5, offering foundational training ahead of the main conference.
Show Floor Experience and Schedule
WAI will host both the conference sessions and exhibits directly on the show floor in Halls C and D. This setup creates a seamless experience for learning, product discovery, and networking.
Event hours include:
- Day 1 (May 6): 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Day 2 (May 7): 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
In addition, the Opening Reception will take place on May 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the 4th Floor Ballroom, offering a relaxed setting for industry networking.

More than 100 companies have already confirmed their participation in Wire Expo 2026 Milwaukee. WAI offers a competitive exhibitor package priced at $3,450, designed for convenience and efficiency.
