A yellowish powdery on magnet wire in inter passes problem was created by Mr kiavash rocky
Hi,
I have a problem on one my vertical machines, when i touch wires inter passes a yellowish powdery stick on my finger tips, as photos
The machine is MAG VZV7 2018, Nominal size of wire:1.35mm
Enamels: Primer + Elantas MT533-41EF
+ (Over coat) Elantas 602L-35
Drying Zone Temp.=417 degree
Baking Zone= 470 degree
Speed=36.5
Cir. fan speed= 3440RPM
