Replied by Archived Forum Admin on topic Re: Staple cement
Hello there,

A quick check on the Internet provided us with two suppliers/ manufacturers of staple cement in the United States. The web reference pages are below:

1) The Rohm and Haas Company
www.rohmhaas.com/

2)Dianal America, Inc. a division of Mitsubishi Rayon Co. Ltd.,
www.dianal.com/Coatings/applications.html

I trust this is all you need but we do have one academic question.

We were under the impression that Bekaert Dramix® steel filaments came loose in bags. Why is the staple cement used? Corrosion protection?

Kindest regards,
