Structure and material of sliding bearing
First, radial sliding bearing
1. Integral sliding bearing
As shown in the figure, the WF-WB800 Harden Flanged Bushing ,integral sliding bearing structure is composed of a bearing housing 1 and a bearing bushing 2, and an oil hole is arranged in the upper part of the bearing housing, and an oil groove is arranged in the integral bushing for lubricating oil and oil for lubrication. The bearing has a simple structure and low price, but the assembly and disassembly of the shaft is inconvenient, and the radial clearance of the bearing after wear cannot be adjusted. Used in light load low speed or intermittent work.
2. Split sliding bearing, starter motor bronze bushing in oil sintered PM .The structure of the split type sliding bearing is shown in the figure, which consists of a bearing housing, a bearing cover, a split bearing bush, a stud and a spacer. The bearing seat and the bearing cap joint surface are formed in a stepped shape for positioning alignment. A gasket is placed here to adjust the radial clearance of the bearing after wear. Therefore, it is convenient to assemble and disassemble and widely used.
3. Self-aligning bearing
As shown in the figure, the outer surface of the bearing shell is formed into a spherical shape, which is in contact with the spherical inner surface of the bearing support hole, and can automatically adapt to the deflection caused by the bending of the shaft, and can reduce local wear. Applicable to occasions where the span between Self-Lubrication Wholesale Custom Anti-Friction Casting Bronze Bushing supports is large or the journal is long.
