I am looking for a suitable welder for `Stranded Copper Conductor' ranging from 0.3 Sq.mm to 16Sqmm. Please suggest an available model including Technical Data and suitability for using the welded conductor for manufacturing of Automotive Wires.

Thanks for the info. I had already sent an enquiry to Strecker, Germany. Is that the only source.

AUGUST STRECKER GmbH & Co. KG is by far the best in my experience. I am also aware that hydraulic cold welders have been used for large sizes but generally speaking, they are far too slow.
These welds are of course always cut out later in the process.

Does that statement of yours means that I can not use the welded strand in finished Insulated Automotive Wire.
