It will soon be time to get your application in for a 2026 WAI chapter scholarship

In 2025, WAI’s Midwest, New England, Southeast, and Ohio Valley Chapters awarded 13 scholarships totaling $26,100 to eligible students connected to chapter members. Applications for 2026 chapter scholarships—open to academically qualified high school seniors who are children, grandchildren, or dependents of members—are due March 31 and administered through WAI’s education programs.

The Wire Association International (WAI) (https://wirenet.org) continues to support education through its WAI scholarships 2026 program. In 2025, the Midwest, New England, Southeast, and Ohio Valley Chapters awarded 13 scholarships totaling $26,100, demonstrating ongoing investment in student success.

WAI Scholarships 2026 Eligibility and Requirements

WAI will open applications for the WAI scholarships 2026 program to chapter members in good standing. Eligible applicants include high school seniors who are children, grandchildren, or dependents of active WAI members.

To qualify, the sponsoring WAI member must belong to a participating chapter. In addition, applicants must meet academic requirements set by each chapter.

Application Deadline and Details

Applicants must submit completed applications by March 31, 2026. WAI will publish full details, including award amounts and application instructions, in the January issue of its official publication.
